- If there is a genuine defect with our product, just let us know within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- We will replace the product for you free of cost.
- As all our products are custom made. So, replacement is possible only upon a genuine defect. Refund is not possible.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION FEE?
- There is a minimum cancellation fee of 2% from the invoice value which is charged to cover the payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be transferred after deducting this charge.
HOW TO CHANGE MY DESIGN?
- Designs can be changed before it gets printed. Screen making charges applicable extra for screen printing. Orders in which any change requests have been made can be delayed from 2-7 days based on the change requested.
MODE OF TRANSFER OF PAYMENTS:
- Refunds will be done through NEFT transfer which will be co-ordinated by our accounts team. The refund duration is 5-7 days from date of cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds. Please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERS?
- While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can get in touch with Customer Care (email@example.com) within 24 hours, we can try to cancel it, provided the printing process has not already started the production. If the cancellation request happens after 24 hours or if production has been started already, we cannot entertain any request.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDERS?
- Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned. Of course, this does not apply in cases of transport damages for which teetalkies.com or a third-party-logistics provider can be held accountable. Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you detect any damages or defects within 48 business hours of receiving the order. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party-logistics provider or we can be held accountable. Fabric GSM may vary 10-20 GSM from colur to colour. Print shade may vary upto 10% unless provided with a proper pantone colour. Custom manufactured garments cannot be returned for unsatisfactory delivery claims unless there is a substantial defect in the product. Garment sizes may vary half inch and fabric shrinkage can be 4-5% as accepted international norms for 100% Cotton Knitted Garments. DAMAGE CLAIMS OR SHORTAGES – IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
WHAT IS THE CLAIM PROCESS?
- Replacement queries has to be sent thro e-mail only.
- You can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your replacement query.
- You have to send the product back to us at your cost for a replacement.
- We don’t have a reverse pick-up facility.
- In case of refunds, all refunds will be made thro payment reversal to your payment mode.
GARMENT SIZE / COLOR REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Make sure of your garment size / color before u buy a garment.
- Our size / color replacement is applicable only for plain blank garments.
- Replacement is only possible. Refund is not possible in any case.
- All our printed / embroidered garments are custom made as per your request.
- They are produced upon your order and cannot be sold to anyone else.
- So, we do not offer size replacement for any printed / embroidered garments.
- We have displayed our size chart on each and every page.
- Make sure of your size/ color before u buy a printed / embroidered garment.
- If you want to buy many of our printed / embroidered garments,
- we suggest you buy 1 quantity first to assure ur size.
